We’re busy and it’s easy to put exercise off for a day, days become weeks, weeks become month, month become…

I started home workout since pandemic and it has been one of my hobbies.  As I spend more time at home workout I become better and better at it.  Exercise has been shown to improve my mood and increase my energy level.  It is also good for my muscle and bones; it helps build bone density.  Even though it just takes 30 minutes a day, it can effectively tone my muscles.  Stick with home workouts, and I notice a change in my body in just a few short weeks.   Home workout is convenient, affordable and we don’t need a lot of space; we just need handy home gym equipment / fitness tools.
